Oil pulling is everywhere right now 🥥✨ It’s trending on social media and people swear it “detoxes” your mouth. That’s why it’s so controversial.
Here’s the honest truth 🦷 The research does not show strong proof that oil pulling replaces brushing, flossing, or fluoride. Some small studies show it may lower bacteria a little, but it does not cure cavities or heal gum disease.

Charcoal toothpaste looks cool and sounds trendy 🖤✨ But we don’t see it whitening teeth the way ads promise. Most of the time, it just sits on the surface and makes big claims that are hard to prove.
